Scarva Nano Colours NK08 Deep Turquoise Earthenware Crackle Glaze From £16.15

I’ve used this three times on half a dozen different items, and each time the results were very disappointing. You need multiple layers of glaze to get enough coverage, but I found the second and third coats tended to wash off the earlier coats, and the result was very uneven. The glaze also ran very badly, and did not produce a colour close to the example; it was a pale, watery green.

I’m a relative newcomer to pottery, so it may be my inexperience, but the product was certainly not a good experience!
