DELIVERY INFORMATION

Getting your orders to you quickly and safely is of utmost importance to us here at Scarva. Due to the bespoke, custom made nature of some of our products, lead times can vary depending on the items purchased.

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, using a fully tracked service.

 

TRACK MY ORDER

To see follow where exactly your order is, we will send a tracking number with your dispatch email.

You can track your order by visiting either Parcelforce or Royal Mail websites and entering your tracking details into the require fields. Alternatively, you can download the relevant carrier’s app and track your order through there.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All 'In Stock' orders that are received by Scarva, will be dispatched as soon as possible. 

Kilns, equipment or very large orders may take additonal time to process.
