Customers will receive 2 emails from the Royal Mail with this service, the first will provide a delivery estimate and the second advises that the order will be attempted to be delivered that day.

Parcelforce do not delivery on a weekend.
Courier collections Monday to Friday at 3pm (Parcelforce and Royal Mail). These timeframes should be used as a guide only - -they are NOT guaranteed.
Customers should remember that when they order products that are produced in our on site laboratory e.g. powdered glazes that are sold by weight, an additional 1-2 working days lead time will need to be added to the delivery times given, as these products are made to order. This includes Terracolor, Nano Stains, Amaco Powdered Glazes and all Raw Material products.
When the item is released by our warehouse your order is assigned a Tracking number by the courier company. An email is automatically sent to you containing this tracking number along with a link to the carriers website.
Additionally you can download the app. to track your parcel, set up additional delivery instructions for the carrier eg. leave with a neighbour at number 69 and even set up a SAFEPLACE eg leave in greenhouse.

Customers should use the Tracking number to follow the progress of their order. If you are not at home on the appointed delivery day the delivery person may not leave a card to advise they have been as electronic tracking information has been supplied. Tracking your order via the courier website or app is recommended. Orders that are returned to us because of non-collection from the couriers depot will be cancelled automatically and a refund processed for the value of the goods. Refunds will not be given for shipping in this instance.
