I am delighted with the results of my first firing with this glaze. I used it on top of a Birds Egg Green Matt glaze i.e. Dribbled it down the sides and it
was really successful. I had my Kiln full of glazed pots with a maximum
Recommended temperature of 1080C. This is much lower than the recomnended temperature for this glaze but nevertheless the result was very attractive.
I will use it again with different combinations. Highly recommended.

I use this in combination with other glazes to get some amazing effects!
Highly recommend this. It is one of my favourite glazes.

Lovely metallic shine! Quite runny, though.

Not a fan of this one at all. Seems very volatile. Doesn't work at all on black clay, can look rather dull on some items and only found it remotely successful when I applied 4 layers of it and fired at the higher end of it's range. was so excited by the photo... alas

I tried a thin line of this in some cups. I did 4 coats but it came out greenish brownish rather than shiny metallic after firing at around 1200

Good. Must pay attention in the brushing on because the mirror effect is obtained by a very high thickness of glaze and kiln 1240° C only because at 1000° C the effect is not obtainable.
The difficult on Amaco Metallic glazes, is, in my opinion, the wide variety in kiln temperatures, so you must trial a lots and decide for one only.

I was very disappointed that the warning label on potential harm to marine life was left out of the product description. As my studio happens to be right next to a river and I can't guarantee that the waste water lines don't have leaks (VERY old factory building), I would not have bought this product just in case, even though we have a sump to catch sediments, it won't stop what's soluble.
I did try a little of the glaze and the results were fantastic, especially on ab porcelain
