I have only made a test tile on stoneware, fired at 1240. My test tile sparkles like enamel work, and really catches the light. It has a rich brown background, but on my piece, no amber on the raised areas. It pools into coppery patches with bright red sparkling spots. Fabulous for bead making, I would imagine.

It looks absolutely stunning layered over Blue Rutile (deep dark blue with highlights in creamy lighter blue and golden brown), and almost as good over Oil Spot (a deep rich purply brown with golden highlights). But it's also producing lots of ominous pinging noises which hasn't happened with any other Amaco PC combination I've tried before. I only got it out of the kiln this evening, so am still waiting to see just how much it's going to crack. I'm guessing that tendency is why it isn't food safe.

I used 4 coats of this glaze on White St Thomas stoneware clay and fired to cone 5. It produced amazing sparkles. Much more pronounced than in the listing photo.
The texture/pattern was not defined as clearly as in is in the picture...a lot of black. I will have to experiment.
Lovely rich colours.
Didn't run as much as I expected it to. Perhaps a thicker coating next?

A bit sad that this product isn’t food safe because it reacts so interestingly with other glazes and on its own. Quite time consuming to use because it is so thick. I have thinned it out a bit but it doesn’t really make a difference and if you use too much water on your brush to make it easier to use it doesn’t give the results you’re looking for. I really like it and have made lots of test pots which generally give me variable results which occasionally are amazing!
