I have only made a stoneware test tile fired to 1240 with this glaze. It is true to the product information photo, in fact, rather better. I can see a dark french navy background overlaid with a black speckle. It did not break over texture and obscured the raised detail, so I would suggest only good for smooth surface use.
This glaze has a beautiful speckled black. It reminds me of a very full starry night. It's really beautiful and covers well with quite spa**e brush on. I used it on scarva white stone ware, thin round object.
