I use this glaze a lot and have found, for best effects, apply thickly. I also find its better not to mix with water as it seems to dilute the colour tones in the glaze. It tends to run a bit so better not to apply at the lower end of a vessel or sculpture. I fire to 1060 in an electric kiln.
