It can yes providing the spacing between the bat pins is 255mm.

I'm not sure, the spacing between the bat pins is 255mm so if this is the same as your wheelhead then it will work.

No it will not work with a batmate you will still require bat pins to secure the system to your wheelhead. Hope this helps.
