These pottery forms are easy to use and provide crisp shapes. However I would advise owners to seal them with MDF sealant before the first use as the dampness of the clay is absorbed into the former if you leave the clay on it to dry naturally. This dampness can quickly led to flaking of the MDF at the edges which makes the shape less crisp.
