Pottery Stacker System

Create deep or shallow dishes and plates at the wheel... without throwing! The Hartley & Noble Stacker System enables you to make plates that are consistent in size and shape. PLUS you can add foot rings at precisely the right position with ease, every time.

How?
The Stacker System simply slots into the Master Batt of your Hartley & Noble Batt System. Add one of the Stacker Forms, drape over a slab of clay, and form your plate whilst the wheel is turning. Just take a look at the video below!

Please note, you will need the Classic Russian Doll Batt System, or Over-the-Wheel Russian Doll Batt System to use this product.

Watch the video above on how to use the Pottery Stacker System.

The Stacker System includes the following items:

•    A Set of 5 x 30mm deep Round Stacker Forms in the following sizes;

        11 Inches (279 mm)
        9.5 Inches (241 mm)
        8 Inches (203 mm)
        6.5 Inches (165 mm)
        5 Inches (127 mm)

•    1 x Small Stacker Adaptor (150mm base)
•    1 x Large Stacker Adaptor (200mm base)
•    15 x Stacker Bolts
•    1 x Needle Tool Guide
•    1 x Needle Tool (with 2 x rubber stoppers)
•    1 x Form Removal Puck

Each Stacker Form has a straight / square edge finish with a rounded base and is made from 30 mm MDF.

A step-by-step product guide will be provided in the product packaging with your order, along with our top tips for use..

How to look after the Stacker System

  • Please do not leave Hartley & Noble products soaking in water, or near a direct source of heat as this can cause swelling and warping.
  • Do NOT leave clay to completely dry on Stacker System forms.
  • To clean the Stacker System just wipe it with a damp sponge to remove any clay.
  • After cleaning, do not stack forms together while wet. Dry them vertically. Once dry they can be stacked and stored horizontally.
  • Do not use metal scourers or screwdrivers as this can damage the protective laminate layer, and cause damage to your items.
