Tabletop Russian Doll Batt System for Shimpo Aspire (Batt Pins)

A mini version of the H&N Classic Russian Doll Batt System. This product is specifically designed for smaller pottery wheels and tabletop wheels WITH Batt pin bolts in the wheelhead. It's a two-in-one size system, manufactured from Premium 12 mm thickness MDF.  (Minimum size wheelhead required for this product is 225mm diameter)

The Tabletop Classic Russian Doll Batt System includes the following items:

- 1 x Master Batt
- 1 x 150mm to 100mm adaptor (made in 6mm Premium MDF)
- 10 x 100mm Tile inserts (made in 6mm Premium MDF)
- 10 x 150mm Tile inserts (made in 6mm Premium MDF)

The diameter of the master batt is made-to-measure according to the size of your wheelhead and your batt pin bolt head diameter. (The standard size required to fit a Shimpo Table Top Aspire RK5T is 250mm diameter with 10mm batt pins located at 148mm centres - this is shown as an option in the drop down box). 

Always measure your own wheel before ordering, do not use the manufacturers information alone.

To Use:

Slot the master batt over the batt pin bolts on your wheelhead. Select either the 150mm, or the 100mm tile inserts size to throw on. Slot the tile into the master batt, and throw! When you've finished throwing your pot, remove the tile from the master batt and set it aside to dry. Put a new tile insert into the master bat and throw again.
