A Beautiful Wenge wood Round Rib for Throwing Perfect Bowls by Hsinchuen Lin. 3/4" x 3" diameter.

This pottery tool is made of exotic Wenge and is great for making beautiful bowls and Plates.

Ribs should not be left in the water or shurry bucket for a long time. After finishing, use a sponge to clean the surface, and set out to dry. In a couple of weeks, apply mineral oil (olive oil can be substituted) on the surface and you can continue to enjoy their beauty and function!

Quality

I have used this a few times bow and it is helping me to get a nice smooth curve to the I side of my bowls. It has takes some practice and experimenting to find a way to use it effectively.

It is a beautiful piece of kit and stays well. It is expensive but then you get what you pay for.

I got the small o e as the medium wasn't available. My hands are a medium and this just about big enough for me, probably better for smaller hands.
