Mud red ribs are extremely flexible which allows their shape to be adapted a great deal, however they maintain a good edge contact with the clay. Mud tools are expensive but very robustly built. An excellent addition to a potters tool kit.

Perfect for finishing edges of pots - I now have both sizes, but this gets used the most.
