The P5910/A is a small bench mounted kiln designed for test firing clays and glazes without having to fire a large kiln. 
These kilns are constructed of a low thermal mass insulation brick with a high grade backup insulation board this is all enclosed within a high quality pressed steel powder coatedframe. 
Kanthal A1 spiral wound elements are used to heat the kiln, the elements are located in grooves within the side walls of the kiln to allow uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber 
All Genesis kilns are CE marked and have captive key interlocks fitted to break full load upon opening the kiln to comply with both UK and European legislation, in addition to this all Potterycrafts Genesis kilns are now fitted with two contactors as standard togive greater protection against possible over-fires, when used in conjunction with our range of microprocess or controllers. 
Brick to brick door seal, no messy fibre.

• Adjustable clasp door lock fitted.
• All kilnsare fitted with a Harting socket for easy controller connection.
• Roof bung hole and plug as standard to assist with venting of the kiln and cooling.
