The Glacier Porcelain was confidently recommended to me, however, I found it rather hard to cast with. It seemed too thick (regardless of advice I tried), making my pieces heavy and prone to cracking.
In future, I would be inclined to use this in it's plastic state for hand building as it fires to a brilliant white and has a nice icy quality about it.

I'm totally in love with this slip. As the previous review says, it needs a bit of thinner, but I'm getting great results. It needs about 20 minutes before pouring out and I'm needing to leave the mould overnight before opening but I'd certainly recommend it

This is a lovely slip to use, however I've had some really bad distortion issues with some beakers I've been casting for a wedding. I brought this slip because of it's firing temperature and it's whiteness. I fired my first batch of beakers, to a 1000 bisque and the transparent glaze and a second firing to 1240. I was not expecting that all of my first batch would be binned. My next firing I plan to bisque fire to the same temperature and then reduce the gloss firing to about 1220. Hopefully I will not have the same issues. If Scarva has any other suggestions I'm more than willing to try.
