Yes this body is suitable for throwing it does contain alot of grogg so will feel a little more coarse than a regular throwing clay.

I would like to fire my bisque pots up to 900c, please could you tell me the programme I should use for setting my kiln?

Here is a bisque schedule that may suit you:
60oC per hour - 300oC
100oC per hour - 900oC
