This clay is a joy to work with. Stays wet for long, take a lot of abuse for handbuilding. I use it for coiling and slabs and it is wonderful!

I spent two days throwing with this clay and it's lovely to work with, dried evenly and trim was also easy - just waiting to see how it fires and how much it shrinks - a rim of one bowl cracked so ill see how it does with minor repairs

This is an excellent clay for hand building - and the grog content still makes it good for throwing!

My plan was to go on a clay adventure and buy several clays to experiment with over a year. PF570 was my "economy" clay. Of the four clays I tried this was my favourite for throwing. The clay held up well even as I was throwing bigger pieces. Even though it is grogged it was smooth and there was no problem with sandpapered skin.

This will be my go to clay for throwing.

100% recommend.

Easy to work with clay, holds it form well and very good for throwing larger pieces. Feels smooth and can’t feel the grog when throwing.

I’ve ordered this clay several times because it has added grog it’s been really easy to make some large pieces, the first few bags of clay I received were very easy to throw with. Annoyingly the clay in the last couple of bags that were delivered has been exceptionally hard, needed to add a fair amount of water whilst wedging to soften it enough to throw with and avoid a back-breaking experience.
