Hi, the wheel is remarkably quiet, certainly one of the quietest wheels we sell. It's 620mm (24.5") high to the rim of the splash pan and the seat detaches with a couple of bolts. Hope this helps!

The Scarva - Earthstone Professional Wheel is only available with the seat as it is attached to the Wheel, the seat can be unscrewed from the Wheel.
