Good white glaze on white earthstone clay. Haven't tried on other clays yet. Fired to cone 6.

Forgiving glaze. Lovely opacity. Gives a very even coat on dipping or brushing. Does work well over a large range meaning a nice dark terracotta can be fired under it. Reproduces majolica colours well.

this white is great, stable from 1050 to 1220 in my experience. matures well over most bodies, and can be soaked for long periods to let the gas out of fruitier clays. Oxide colours develop well although will burn out at higher temps and most stains sit stably in the glaze, although don't overload. Goes on best very thin as has a tendency to crawl if too thick.
