Scarva GZ2306 Porcelain Celadon Blue From  £15.56

I've been longing for a celadon like this for a while (I purchased the powder form). I've used this on Special Porcelain in an electric kiln and I'm so happy with the results. I apply my glazes by dipping (the odd touch up with my finger dipped in the glaze bucket). I will definitely be buying more of this glaze.

I love this glaze. But I find it little hard to dip, also sometimes I found it crawling and jumping out of the pots to the shelves. It jumped on the shelves eventhough i kept the glazes off the feet of the pots few centimetres. Other than that i love the celadon blue colour. My favourite. Thars why I bought it again. I'm sure wuth more practice I will overcome these few issues with it.

I love this pretty blue colour. I'm using the glaze on Scarva porcelain flax clays at 1220* C in an electric kiln. When the consistency is right, it is best poured/dipped. Not so good when brushed on. If the mix is too thick it can crawl.

Consistently reliable glaze with no obvious faults - great colour and surface. Stable at 1260°C - no crazing or other obvious defects.

Very pleased with result. I did make up with 100mls less water and this seemed to be a good decision.

A luscious porcelain glaze with very professional finish. Easy to use, Happy glaze.

This has a true celadon colour and is translucent, so will show features in the surface of the product well. Needs several coats. Is very gloss in the finish.

This glaze is smooth and delicate. The perfect porcelain glaze. Love the colour.

Beautiful soft blue with great coverage

Beautiful porcelain glaze. I use it on Scarva flax paper clay at 1220º C, cone 6. However the website screen colour is misleading it is blue not pale turquoise/green - hence one star.

It hasn’t come out anything like shown barely any colour at all
