I make sculptures of single flower heads (6" diam.) and this armature wire is excellent for the clay to be wrapped around for the stem (12" length), it is very strong. I would highly recommend.

I haven't used the wire yet but it's strong and thick Can you confirm the material used?
Is it Nichrome OR kanthal wire please as some can leave black deposits on decorations,beads etc in a bead frame.
