Nano Colours are manufactured to a very fine particle size; this has many advantages. Nano Colours disperse more readily throughout a glaze or slip resulting in more uniform and defect free surfaces. During the firing process Nano Colours fuse more vigorously creating purity, intensity and brilliance. Nano Colours are stronger therefore less percentage is needed to create vivid colours making them extremely cost effective. Due to the fine particle size Nano Colours are ideal for screen-printing applications. • 62 Vivid Colours • Cost Effective • High Firing • Lead Free • All colours are intermixable • Maximum Firing Temperature 1280°C • Add approximately 8% to make opaque glaze Please be aware that if you intend to use stains to make underglazes you must add underglaze flux

Just great
Being fairly new to pottery this is the first time that I have used stains to colour slip and glazes. Very impressed and love the results. Have already recommended to a friend and am coming back for more colours.

Great product
Used this product to make nerikome ear rings, beads and a small bowl. The level of colour needed is high with nerikome so i used a fair amount of the gold body stain. The pieces have yet to be fired which brings out the colours.

Cam I mix these colours with your underglaze medium? if so , roughly how much stain per volume of underglaze medium, do i clear glaze over them?

To make a stain into an underglaze mix 33% RM1073 Underglaze Flux to stains. Mix 2 parts medium to 1 part underglaze powder to create a brush able colour. For the best results a clear transparent applied on top will create strong, vivid colours.
