Compared to some of the stoneware slips I've tried, this slip is less viscous - so sometimes it drips off the brush onto the pot. Other than that, I really enjoy working with it.
I've been brushing it onto white/off-white stoneware, firing to 1000 degrees for bisque, covering in a clear glaze, and firing it to 1260 degrees in an oxidation environment. It also works nicely in a slip trailer.
I might try some drippy patterns with it, as it does have that liquid-y consistency, too, but I've not done that yet.
