A naturally occurring California slip glaze mineral. Very similar in color and texture to Albany Slip.

This material makes an excellent stand-alone dark Iron glaze similar in nature to Albany Slip when fired to ^10. It may also be substituted into glazes calling for Albany Slip and in many cases will give similar effects.
