Hi
What cone would you recommend for a bisque firing schedule to ensure everything burns out ready for the glaze firing? I've had problems with glaze pinholing before.
I was thinking a Cone 05 slow fire schedule with a 10 minute soak....? All advice appreciated.

Hi,
We recommend bisque firing to 1000°C on a computerised controller. There is no need to soak during a bisque firing. This should give optimum porosity for glazing thereafter.
Hope this helps!
