Firing InstructionsWe recommend these glazes be fired at Orton Cone 5/6 for best results. Scarva always recommends the use of pyrometric cones as this is the only reliable way to measure heat work in your kiln. We fired all samples shown at Orton Cone 6, firing at 150°C/hr to 1000°C and 75°C to the equivalent temperature of Orton Cone 6 on our computerised controller.
