I decided to spend a bit more on some pottery tools as it was a gift for my daughter. I was disappointed with the finish on the wooden handles which were rough, and one handle had a chunk missing from it. I reported the issue and was told I could return them and get a refund. In the end I decided to keep them as it was too late to get replacements. I feel that they are overpriced for the quality you get.
