Shimpo Aspire 10" Plastic Bat From  £27.50

I use a table-top Shimpo Aspire wheel and just wanted a couple of spare bats so that I didn't have to struggle to get bowls etc. off the wheel while still wet. This product was marked as out of stock, but when I enquired, Brendan magically found a couple for me - they must have been waiting for me! They're great and with 4 bats now, I have everything I need until I can improve enough to warrant treating myself to a bigger wheel!!

When I first had my Aspire wheel I ordered additional
MDF batts as I anticipated not liking the plastic batts supplied. Wrong! A year on and I’ve just ordered additional original, blue plastic batts. Easier to clean, easier to use.

Disappointed with these batts. Both of the two supplied with the wheel do not fit flush to the wheel head, and therefore there is an annoying ‘knock’ when you are throwing. And yes, I do have the wheel perfectly stable and secure and balanced, so this is not the cause! I ordered two wooden batts with detachable inserts and these work perfectly..
