Hi, unfortunately this wheel doesn't come with a drilled wheel head as standard. You can change the wheel head to one drilled for pins, (see https://www.scarva.com/en/Shimpo-Wheel-head-with-wooden-batt-only-suitable-for-Shimpo-Brand-Wheels/m-6369.aspx)
Alternatively, you can buy a pre dilled bat, tap centre this on your wheelhead, mark and drill two holes yourself. Hope this helps!
