This is a lovely textural glaze with a good firing range too. Don’t soak for too long. I get great results with a 15 min soak slap bang in the middle of cone 7 and 8

This is a runny glaze. The packaging states that the glaze should not be used on vertical surfaces.

Fired to 1220c with no hint of gold anywhere. My students are very disappointed. Not exactly sure what went wrong.

Have tried various methods but this has fired gunmetal grey to black every time. Tried one, two or three layers-all came out looking similar. Put one layer on top of alabaster to see if that would help. It didn’t. Just got 1970s brown on the corners and the alabaster came through. Gutted.

Came out dull gunpowder grey every time so far-tried various different amounts and even tried on top of alabaster. Iron grey every time. Very very poor.
