I am using this glaze on beads and it is perfect. It behaves itself in the kiln and provides a really natural look.

On buff clay one layer is enough! lovely colour, not too 'blingy' on black clay 2-3 coats or white slip on area to be covered, will be using it for my pots at 'firedigpottery.co.uk

I am enjoying this glaze - it does need 2-3 coats to look at its best, but also there is wide scope of experimentation with under/overfiring. A lot more versatile and interesting than it first appears to be.

Great glaze. I bought the brush on version and used on a white clay body. Three coats looked amazing. A slight run though. Two coats held well.

I bought this glaze, in powdered form, a while back but have yet to use it. Your sample looks amazing; which Scarva clay have you used for the sample illustrated, please?

Question: Can you ship this product to me without mentioning or labeling this as GOLD? It will be stuck at customs just due to this word!

I tested this on white clay with one, two and three coats and on all counts it was darker than expected.

Followed the instructions but got a dark metallic brown not gold. Disappointing. Would love to know how to achieve the gold colour in picture

Fired at 1040 with a half hour rest as suggested, it comes out like a dark brown shiny metal effect. No gold effect whatsoever. Three coats got it shiny but two resulted in a dark brown matt effect. Have now done two batches and nowhere near the picture shown.

The color is more like silver metal. Grey... Not gold at all, should have tested it first but ruined a piece instead
