Have fired this twice, once to 1240 and another to 1220 and cannot get it red. It's almost black and bubbles which suggests it is being over fired? Can anyone advise? It was on a flecked clay body which makes me think that might be reacting during the firing process. Will try on a smooth white clay to compare results
