Great results, lovely deep colour
Fired to 1250 and really pleased with the results. No crawling, crazing or inperfections. Lovely matt finish with a copper/brown trim where glaze meets clay. Slightly different depth of colour on different clays. A soft all purpose gave a more turquoise/green and buffed clay gave a deeper almost blue depth to the turquoise.

Really nice glaze
I fired to 1250 and lovely results on my mugs and bowls. I used clear glaze inside and on the rim’s and a lovely band of turquoise meeting the clear glaze and looks amazing on stoneware flecked clay, with no running 😊

Is this glaze ok for usable tableware? I.e, can you eat from it?
Gnome Liston from United Kingdom
Hi, please see https://www.scarva.com/en/Is-This-Glaze-Food-Safe/cc-40.aspx for further information about food safety. This is a matt glaze, we tend to advise avoiding matt glazes for dinnerware as they can mark with cutlery and the surface can harbour bacteria. The only way to be sure is to have your ware tested. Hope this helps!

Do the effects shown happen with oxidation or only reduction?
Maia from United Kingdom
Hi, these samples were fired in oxidation. Hope this helps

Can I use this glaze on the P600 grogged porcelain paperclay or is the shrinkage too different? Thank you
elaine from United Kingdom
Hi, I wouldn't recommend this glaze for porcelain, these are primarily designed for stoneware bodies. Hope this helps!
