I've been using Xiem products for many years, and have always been happy to pay extra because they are usually cleverly designed, useful and durable. The non-tangle wire works and doesn't kink, but came off after a few hundred pots and I'm left with a set of expensive plastic handles... I'm back to the cheaper wooden handled ones
