9890 Turquoise Granite BOTZ stoneware glazes are available ready to use in both 200 & 800ml jars. Stir the glaze thoroughly and apply 2 – 3 coats. The glaze soon dries allowing the pots to be lifted into the kiln. For best results allow the glaze to dry for a day before firing.

Lovely but not like photo
This is not a subtle turquoise like the photo; it’s actually a bright, vibrant turquoise, kind of like a swimming pool colour. Really nice though. After brushing on 3 good coats on 5 bowls, all had unattractive brown patches where the glaze was too thin but this was sorted by another layer and refiring. Overall a beautiful glaze but next time I might try pouring rather than brushing.
