is this decorating slip compatible with your nano colour decorating slip?
for example i want to use your
Scarva DS1004 Red Decorating Slip as a base color and paint on black dots with the
Scarva Nano Colours NDS031 Jet Black Decorating Slip . is it likely that there will be blistering or will it chip off?

I have hand built a large pot with white stoneware clay, I would like to put a coloured slip on and burnish it before bisque firing and then smoke fire. Do you think this is a suitable slip?

Yes any of the Scarva Coloured Decorating Slips would be suitable for this.

SCARVA Vivid Coloured Decorating Slips are coloured using our most intense stains. They are suitable for use on both Earthenware and Stoneware bodies. When manufacturing our slips we believe in using high percentages of stain to give strong, vivid colours throughout the range. The slip can be applied to leather hard clay with brushes, sponges or slip trailers. After biscuit firing the pots should be glazed with a suitable transparent glaze, which will further enhance the vibrant colours.
