Firing Temp 1080-1220°C

PF670

Black Textured is good for sculptures, hand building. This clay has been specially formulated to fire between 1080 - 1220ºC with very low shrinkage. Its attractive colour and texture give PF670 a very distinctive character. (Results may vary)

The higher you fire Black Clays, the darker they become.
The range of Black Clays may not work well with majority of glazes.

For a suitable transparent we recommend GZ2170.

Scarva Professional Black Clay bodies, PF660, PF670 & PF680 are not suitable for making Domestic Tableware.
