Hi,
I have three questions!
1. Can you put this glaze over a matt glaze that has already been fired and then re-fire it to make it shinny?
2. Is it possible to overlap two glazes before firing them? Eg: brush on a green matt glaze, let it dry, then brush on this transparent glaze over it before firing?
3. Can you mix a Botz glaze with a Nano Glaze?

Yes you can put glazes on top of each other and overlap etc however it is worthwhile doing a test firing first to make sure you are happy with the results. it is difficult to predict what may happen it can be good or bad depending on the different glazes used. You can mix any different brand of glaze providing they have the same maturing temperature, hope this helps.

I have bought the glossy transparent it says to put 3 coats on but on tin says only 1 coat !

Yes transparent glaze works best when applied thinly one generous coat should be enough, when transparent glaze is applied to thickly it tends to go cloudy, hope this helps.

Can I use this on porcelain please? At 1250c ?

Hi,
No - this is an earthenware glaze designed to fire no higher than 1080°C. If you search on our webaite for GZ2150 or GZ2305 these glazes will suit your porcelain.
