Dragon Stains Lime Green Leadfree Glaze Stain B112 From £5.19

I have been very pleased with the results I have achieved using this stain. Of course like all glazes, what base glaze recipe the stain is added to and the quantity that is added affects the overall colour and finish. Certainly based on the results I have achieved I have not experienced a drop in colour quality compared to other makes of stain.

I waited to do this review until my work came through the firing process, being at Adult Ed classes that can take a while :-(
I found the colour to be pretty close to the colour on the tub. Btw I am thrilled with the tubs! Previously had stains in transparent bags which ok take less space but are not as safe either.
Stain mixed easily and applied beautifully using brushes and sponge.
I mixed with other colours both at powder level and once applied and really liked the results.
Once fired if I wasn't confined to a wheelchair I'd have been doing a happy dance. I'm not normally like this!
I used basic stoneware clay and the colours were vibrant and well, colourful.
Intend to use on white and porcelain next and sure colours will be even brighter. Though to be fair they are the best I've seen on stoneware.
100% recommendation for these stains.
