Can this be used to colour terra Sigilatta, and if so what percentage would you recommend.

Yes you can add this to terra Sigilatta, this particular stain is very strong so a percentage from 0.5 - 2% will create a strong colour.

What would a suitable flux be for Mason stains used on porcelain paper clay? And would a reduction firing affect the colours?

I would recommend using our RM1073 Underglaze flux add between 25-33% to make a powder stain into an underglaze. A reduction firing should have no affect on stains like blues, browns, blacks yellows and greens but stains like pinks & purples may be affected.
