Are all your porcelain glazes food safe?

Hi,
Crackle glazes are not considered food safe becuase bacteria can develop within the cracks. If looking for glazes suitable for dinnerware you should look for gloss glazes and fire them on a suitable body to the recommended maturing temperature.
Hope this helps!

Can you use this on other stoneware clays or is it just for porcelain?
Réponses de Scarva:

This range of glazes works best on porcelain clay due to the whiteness of the clay body and the vibrancy it gives the fired glaze. You can use it on a stoneware clay however the colours will be much duller and muddy in appearance. Hope this helps.

Hi,
Is this glaze suitable to use on (non foodware) pieces that have been made with your Flax porcelain paperclay (ES600)?
We fire these at 1235 degree C.
Many thanks in advance
