In many movies you have seen windows being jumped through, bottles being smashed on heads, all sort of glass and ice props being destroyed on set.
Many are made with Shatter Wax, a clear, ice-like material designed to resemble ice and glass for special effects and prop manufacture. Shatter wax is hard/very brittle for shattering effects and can be customiezed to achieve the desired hardness.
