On its own, applied in three layers and fired at 1220, it came out a great deal more milk than honey with barely any yellow at all... I might as well have used a white glaze. However, in a single layer over two of Textured Autumn, it produced some lovely swirly light ochres with hints of green, very beautiful.

As above, first application on stoneware even with three coats, showed no yellow. I think my kiln also overfired which didn't help. So will try it on a white and iron bearing clay at a lower temperature. Thanks for nice tip about other combinations.

I’m pretty disappointed with this glaze. It was fired to cone 6 and every time it’s come out a creamy- white. None of the lovely yellows as shown in the example tile. Plenty of milk but absolutely no honey!
