Terracolor 612 Ember Brown From  £8.96

I like these terracolor glazes. Have just done a glaze load with two sample pieces coated in Ember brown. A seven inch tall sample was glazed with a an inch left unglazed but is now welded to the batt. The other didn't run as badly but again has run glaze onto the batt. Wary of using it again.

fired to cone8 this glaze produces clusters of pinholes and runs thin on rim and thick at foot,as though overfired. Pity, it is a lovely streaky colour.
