Theu are made of high carbon steel, tempered, and then Titanium coated to retain the superior cutting edge and rust resistance. The Titanium coated blade is 3 times harder than steel blades. The faceted handle design will fit in your hand comfortably and resist rolling off the table whilst the rubber sleeve provides excellent grip.
