Spectrum 1440 Floating Blue From  £20.49

The colour of this glaze was stunning breaking blue and green - more blue than in the picture but it was a less textured piece. I used it as a 2-coat brush-on and fired to 1240C with a 30 minute soak - it ran right off the bottom. Fortunately I had used stilts so the shelf was saved. Will try again with only glazing the top 2/3 as the runs should look amazing if I can get them right. Will also experiment with one coat.
