Express Checkout with   Tracked Delivery on All Orders The UK's No.1 Pottery Supplier Chrysanthos Crackle Glazes are available in several different colours they are ready to be applied direct onto bisque fired ware. To obtain optimum results, 2 - 3 coats of crackle glaze should be applied using a well-loaded glaze mop brush. Ensure each coat is dry before applying subsequent coats at right angles to each other. For the best results, the Crackle Glazes should be fired between cone 06 - 999°C and cone 04-1060°C The samples shown have been fired to 1000°C, the pot on the left is made from a stoneware clay body and the pot on the right an earthenware clay body, due to the difference in expansion rates the stoneware body tends to give a very fine crackle whereas the earthenware tends to be quite wide.
Crackle Glazes are not food safe.

I have only done test tiles so far but this is a beautiful glaze. Good coverage and I love the crackle effect. Probably going to need more 😂
