Reliable glaze, results just like the picture, does'not seem to settle out too quickly. Darker where thin, brighter blues where thicker. Also interesting results over other glazes.

I'm firing to 1250 and keep about 4 millimetres clear of glaze around the bottom edge of the ware, and not too thick near that edge also as it can run. Consistently good deep blue results.

very nice glaze colours as expected, if dipped and its on the thick side it will run a lot. My first pot stuck to kiln, then repeated with an industrial spray gun, turned out perfect with little to no running from the gun application. light watery/cream consistency sprayed well. fired at 1234c

This product is lovely but the colour is not quite as shown (at 1196C on porcelain). It is a more grey/blue in the highlights. Nice anyway!

I love this glaze, but as with another reviewer, I've found it's ruined a few of my kiln shelves due to running. If it's a bit think - you get watery marks on the edges and a little thick and it runs.

The brush on version also looks quite different to the dipped.

I noticed that if applied too thick, it will run a lot! By mistake I fired to 1260 and it stuck to the kiln shelf

Nice if you can get it right but it's ability to run makes it too temperamental / difficult to get the application thickness right without the fear of opening the kiln lid and its all over the shelf. I'm firing to 1225 and holding for 20 mins so well within its range. Scarva suggests I add some kaolinite in small quantities and do some test firings to see if this can make it a bit stiffer.

I've used this colour for 3 years on tableware. It's always been a bit runny if applied to thick, but it was consistent enough to use. It's now totally unreliable. It's fired satin/matte the last couple firings and it has now cracked 4-5 larger pieces, despite being used on the same clay I've been using the whole time. Have NEVER had any other glaze crack any of my work in the same way. Feel quite upset that I've just purchased 5kg of this as it's really unreliable now and I'll have to find an alternative colour.

It used to be a glossy finish, lovely blue colour with beautiful grading on the edges but now looks very different from that. Flat, satin and cracks work. It pings and cracks even if I leave the kiln to cool down completely for 2 days before opening it. tiny cracks all onto the bottom of a bowl or plate. It's just causing too much wastage for me to use with any reliability.
