By far, this is my most reliable glaze. It has rock-solid behaviour. When it is thick, it creates a very pretty soft movement, which I simply adore, especially on chubby round jars.

My most reliable glaze in the studio. I love it on the more structural pieces where I want to highlight the shape. It never runs and always comes out perfect.

It's very white. The bag I got said "Zircon Matt White". It's almost not matt. Looks good with body stains underneath with a texture. Copper oxide was good too.

I have struggled with this glaze hardpanning. Really quickly. I would avoid. I am going to try benzonite and then epsom salts - but shouldn't have to try this with a pre-mixed glaze recipe. Understandably scarva don't disclose their recipes, but makes it hard to then try and solve the hardpanning. So disappointed. Would avoid. And don't understand all the 5 star reviews :-(
