Does it come with instructions as unsure how to dismantle old wheelhead and attached this one? thanks

No it does not however it is very straight forward. You should have a large allen key that came with your wheel, this will mean you can screw the bolt underneath the wheelhead. It will then lift of and place the new one on and tighten.

Hi, no this will only fit larger traditional size shimpo wheels, the aspire is too small to take this wheel head

This set consists of an aluminum-casted wheel head in 300mm or 350mm in diameter, boring of 25mm and a wooden batt of 300mm or 350mm in diameter. The wheel head is fitted with two bolts which fit into the holes of the wooden batt. The wooden batt can be detached from the wheel head together with a thrown piece. A deformation of large pieces when removing them is thus avoided. Available in two sizes: 300 and 350mm.
