I was thinking of mixing this with water and using as a wash?

It may not stick to the pot that well you would be best adding a low temperature flux like borax frit or underglaze flux to help is melt between 15-25% will help if to stick to the vessel once fired.

Hi! Recently I purchased the mason color and mixed into Scarva Earthstone ES5 Original White Stoneware Clay but the color of clay is quite dark I can’t see any difference. Is there any recommendation which clay is the best to use for coloring clay?

Hi, it's quite common not to notice a huge difference in the colour of stained clay body until you've fired it - I'd suggest firing a test tile of your stained body to know what it will look like. Hope this helps!
